Please feel free to contact the studio and watch your regional newspaper for registration dates and times. Class sizes are limited so register early to avoid disappointment!

No discounts can be applied to Pooh's & U and adult programs.
The first and last month (1/2 month), along with the registration fee is DUE at time of registration. These fees are non-refundable.
Payment options include post-dated cheque, cash, Visa or Mastercard. Cash payments must be made tri-monthly.
There is a $40.00/class costume deposit that will be required for October 15th. This will only be refunded if your child withdraws from class prior to Dec 31st. Invoices will be issued beginning in February for any outstanding costume balances. Some classes may be provided with a rental costume, involving no additional costs.
All NSF cheques are subject to $25.00.
Registration and Tuition Policy
1. There is a non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee of $18.50 (GST included) for a single student, or $28.75 for family due at time of registration. This fee must accompany your Registration Form to reserve your class time in September.
2. Payment: Registration along with September and June fees are due upon registration. Future payments may either be made with post-dated cheques, dated October 1 to May 1, or tri-monthly payments due Sept 1, Dec 1, and March 1. All post-dated cheques must be handed in at registration prior to the start of classes. All cash payments must be tri-monthly. June is pro-rated for ½ a month’s tuition. *Flexible payment plans may be arranged privately by contacting the Starcast Dance Productions office.
3. Registration: Registration is accepted on a first-come first-served basis. We reserve the right to restrict class sizes. You may either come to one of our registration nights, email at starcast@telus.net, or mail in the registration form with the registration fee and September and June fees to Starcast Dance Productions, Box 718, Okotoks AB, T1S 1A8.
4. Any withdrawls from class require 1 month WRITTEN notice on the first of each month. The remaining balance of tuition fees will be refunded excluding your registration fee, June Tuition which is your cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after February 1st, 2009 due to costume and recital preparation.
No verbal withdrawals are accepted. Notifications will not be accepted over the phone. Sorry we do not mail out your returned cheques, you must pick them up during office hours.
5. A service charge of $25.00 will apply to all returned cheques. Payments that are past due will be charged a $15.00 service fee.
To simplify bookkeeping, monthly tuition is calculated based on average holidays, picture day, performance dates, and 4 and 5 week months, and is therefore charged equally each month (36 classes/ year) There will be no reductions for classes missed. We do have a generous make-up policy that allows students to make up as many classes as they have missed due to illnesses or other circumstances.
*Tuition rates are based on the number of classes taken. For example, if you have one child taking 3 classes, you pay the 3 hour rate. If you have 3 children who each take 1 hour, you pay the same 3 hour rate.
